Equity Settlement Services, Inc. holds all required title insurance agent, AMC and settlement licenses across the United States. Our compliance program is maintained by a dedicated team and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
ESS is a licensed Appraisal Management Company (AMC) in states with AMC registration requirements, operating in full compliance with Dodd-Frank AMC regulations and state-level AMC laws.
Title insurance is underwritten through our approved A-rated national underwriter relationships. Specific underwriter information is available upon request.
Please note: New York, New Jersey and Connecticut are the only states in which ESS offers Co-op Property Services.
